We can guarantee that the supplier will continue the working relationship and that no debt will be passed onto the buyer with the supplier. Forming a relationship with the supplier can be done during the escrow process.

Your Training:

The site is built on a heavily modified version of osCommerce. Full training will be provided. There will be 2-3 people online available to answer all of your questions as need be by phone, email or IM, we can also do extensive phone calls in the beginning to go over every detail. I don’t want to put a limit on the amount of training we provide, as I want to make sure who ever buys the website is both successful and fully confident in every aspect of the business. However please have realistic expectations as we are looking to sell the website and focus on other stuff, not run the business for you. Site Design:

We have a brand new design which I will add screen shots of that will be ready very soon fully integrated at no extra cost to the buyer. Also, I can provide the css/html of the new design, that with the fact that all of our urls don’t include identitifiers (ie: honda-fairings.html) if you wish to switch the shopping cart to a different platform it should be relatively easy for an experience programmer. Otherwise our administration system is very sophisticated and has been developed and tweaked over may years.

Potential:

I also wanted to speak a bit on the potential, but it’s not just smoke and mirrors that this site has a ton of potential, it’s very real. I’m not trying to sell the site based on it’s potential. I just want potential buyers to know that there is a very real possibility of growth. There has never been any phone support for this website, which would instantly boost sales. We have never done any PPC, comparison shopping, forum advertising, social networking, viral marketing or any other form of advertising other than SEO. The profit margin on the products is good enough to be able to invest heavily in all forms of advertising with great ROI, it’s just not our expertise and have never invested the time in developing this aspect. It was always a plan that was on the back burner. With this site having rock solid rankings in all major search engines (please see traffic details for further information) if someone were to take over this site and focus on other areas of advertising and provide phone support it’s a very realistic possibility that sales could be doubled or tripled. On the other hand, if you’re not as ambitious and just want to run the business as is, that’s always an option.

The other area for potential is expanding the line of products to include motorcycle products like helmets, jackets, etc. As of now we ONLY carry fairings and have never looked into adding other lines of products, but simply adding apparel and other accessories could be another way to instantly increase sales.

Why we’re selling?

The reason we are selling this website is because we own 6 other dropship businesses completely unrelated and we are looking to sell 2-3 of them to raise funds to invest in a different business which is completely unrelated. We’d be completely willing to sign a non-compete contract to ratify this claim. It was not an easy decision to list this site for sale, and we are not looking to simply get rid of it. It’s a great business and only because we want to invest in our other websites have we decided to sell this great sure money making website.

Current Expenses:

It’s currently hosted with our other websites, so giving an accurate picture of hosting costs would be difficult, however I’m fairly certain that this could be run on a shared server. The hosting costs are not a huge consideration. There are no current advertising expenses. We use Live Person for live chat support which costs $100/month per seat (I believe) but this could easily be switched over to a free PHP live chat script. We use the same live person account for several different websites, so it cuts down on cost. Other than that there’s just domain registration (current registrar is NetworkSolutions.com) and a free push can be made or a transfer to a registrar of your choice. Current expiry is Dec. 5th 2010.
