1. There is no Diploma , Degree, Masters or PHD in Drop Shipping
All that I am saying here is that you do NOT need to be a rocket scientist or a brain surgeon to start a drop shipping business. You do not need some special skill to start a drop shipping business anyone can do it.
2. You do NOT need to have money in the bank to start a drop shipping business.
One of the other main reasons that people get started online using a drop shipper is because you do not need to have thousands of dollars behind you.
It is always very good to have some upfront capital but No it is not necessary for this business model. You do not pay for an item until you have sold it and you customer pays you.
3. Drop shipping can be run from your home fulltime or part time
It is most peoples dream to work from home and not have to drive to work in that heavy traffic and sit in that office or work in that factory from 9-5. The drop shipping business model allows you to create a new life working from the comfort of your home.
When you start out you can run a drop shipping business while still working your full time day job and once the online business is generating enough income for you to support your family you can then have the great feeling of telling your boss to “Stick It”!!!
4. Generate income almost instantly
When people start out trying to run an online business, the best thing that can happen is you start to generate some cash almost instantly. This gives you a taste and a desire to push on and increase this newly found income stream.
The good thing with drop shipping is this is something that can be easily achieved.
5. No need for large warehousing facilities
As you do not stock any of the products that you are selling, you do not need to have a large storage facility, you do not need to stock any products in your house or garage. You do not need to handle any or the merchandise.

6. There are no minimum order quantities
You want to be able to sell items with no minimum order quantity. This means that you can just list and sell one item at a time.
This is a good way to test out some new products as you will not be stuck with some worthless stock in your garage if the item does not sell as well as you had wished.
7. You can offer a large variety of different products
There is no drop shipping law that states that you can only use one drop shipper. You can use as many drop shippers as you wish.
Having different products to sell means that you create multiple income streams, so that if one product type is not selling so well your entire business does not collapse.
8. International Market Place
There is also no law that states you can only sell to a specific country. As the Internet spans accross the entire planet you could be selling products to countries that you have never heard of before. This means that you are now selling to the biggest market place in the world.
If you run a brick and mortar business then you have a specific market that you sell to and generally these are the people that walk into your store / shop and buy products from you.
There are around 2 billion people on the Internet today, can you think of any shop in the world that can get 2 billion people into their store? NO because its only possible on the Internet
